Dupli Casa is modern minimalist house design located in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The house was designed by J. MAYER H. Architects. This is private family residence built on 6900 m2 site areas with materials is aerated concrete with plaster, glass for exterior and wood panelling, plaster, parquet flooring for interior.

The geometry of the building is based on the footprint of the house that previously was located on the site. Originally built in 1984 and with many extensions and modifications since then, the new building echoes the „family archaeology“ by duplication and rotation. Lifted up, it creates a semi-public space on ground level between two layers of discretion. The skin of the villa performs a sophisticated connection between inside and outside and offers spectacular views onto the old town of Marbach and the German national literature archive on the other side of the Neckar valley.

Located near the edge of the forest in Hamburg, a new residential building is now finished as a home for children and adolescents. The characteristics of the building are based on a two colour relief facade embracing a compact house volume. A central staircase penetrates the division between floors in favour of communication to create a central open space for the community.

This is the modern prefabricated home design by Daniel Libeskind’s, this residence need 5,500 square foot area to built, the exterior design look very radical with drastic angles, strong geometries and seamless transitions between space. The designer claimed that this house will be able to be shipped around the world within month, and can be assembled by team experts within weeks, its a perfect choice for anyone who like to live in the modern prefab house with beautiful exterior design.

Crafted from premium materials, the living space meets the highest standards in design, craftsmanship and sustainability. The villa’s exterior is clad in the same standing-seam zinc as Libeskind’s Jewish Museum in Berlin. The zinc, which is attached to the house’s wooden frame, provides a solar thermal system. Electric power is generated from photovoltaic thin film and rain water is harvested from the rooftop for use in the garden’s irrigation system. The villa is classified as a low-energy structure as it successfully complies with the tough energy-saving standards of Germany’s KfW40 code, which indicates a thermal energy consumption of less than 40 kWh/m²a.
