The volume of the housing arises from the need to respond to the different facades which generates the batch. There are two volumes that are locked and produce different types of spaces that are interconnected. The ground floor is a unique room that unifies, dining room and kitchen: the social place.

Towards the end of the field is completely transparent, using the best direction and causing a direct contact with lawn and pool water. The partially covered space outside, serves as another being and relates visually to the interior, causing the blurring of the boundaries.

The staircase is located near a large window overlooking a small garden, caused by the hollowing out of the volume of the upper floor. In the same planted a birch, which gives the visual sensation through the house.

On the upper level of privacy sector, is clad in travertine volume, “cut” by cupping, which generates two distinct portions, one of the main room and the other the area of future children. The interplay between geometry, transparencies and reflections enhances the architecture of the house. Via
