The four houses complex is located in Porto Rafti, an area by the sea in a distance of approximately 40 km from Athens. Porto Rafti has been a vacation house area for many decades, but recently new roads have been constructed and an increasing number of population chooses to live here permanently.

The residence is situated in Ancient Korinthos in a site in whose South part an archaeological excavation of 12mx12m has been previously taken place. Strata House is a townhouse style rental property located approximately 200 meters on a hill from the Akashi Straits Bridge. The landowner, who loves living near the ocean, requested a design with “a view of the sea”.
